Here at LuxiaSuites we want you to feel right at home right away. Here are several commonly asked questions from our guests.

 

1. Are the suites Non-Smoking?

Yes, all of our suites and common areas are smoke-free.

 

2. Can you please provide entrance directions to the extended-stay?

LuxiaSuites City Center

The BPG Garage is located at 1165 N. Orange Street, Wilmington DE.

Main Entrance: Arrivals should use the front entrance and parking circle on 10th  & Tatnall Street to enter (entrance to the right of Starbucks), check-in and unload. This entrance is located at the intersection of 10th Street (A.K.A. Delaware Avenue) and Tatnall Streets.  If using GPS please refer to the 223 Delaware Avenue. Pull into circle, where Starbucks is located.  This is the ground floor of the building you will be entering.  Park in the circle, if available, the “LuxiaSuites” space.  During Monday – Friday, hours 8 am-4 pm you will have 20 minutes to unload or load.  On weekends, the circle is not monitored and you may park, first come first serve.

1007 North Orange is the mailing address.

The entrance is located between two large banners and is directly next to Ernest and Scott Taproom on Market Street. Please park on Market Street and pick up your keys at the concierge desk. There is a parking spot for unloading around the back of the building on King Street.

Parking month-to-month is located at the Park BPG Garage located at 1165 N. Orange Street, Wilmington, DE.

The building is set back from the street. There is an a-frame directional sign in the median pointing towards the building as well as signage on the building that says “The Residences at Christina Landing.”

LuxiaSuites Justison Landing

The entrance is located directly across from a large green space across the street. There is signage to the left of the entry that says, “The Residences at Justison Landing.”

 

3. Where do I park?

LuxiaSuites City Center

Please park in the garage at the Park BPG Garage located at 1165 N. Orange Street Wilmington, DE.

LuxiaSuites Rodney Square

We suggest the Park BPG Garage for this building too. You can load and unload where parking is available on market street. Directions from LuxiaSuites Rodney Square to parking garage area – Market Street  to the left of 10th Street, 3rd traffic light turn right on to West Street, right at next light onto 11th St move to far left, turn left on Orange Street, the garage is the second building on the left, the Park BPG Garage located at 1165 N. Orange Street Wilmington, DE and is managed by Central Parking.

LuxiaSuites Christina Landing

There is a parking garage directly next door you will receive access to after you check-in. Please be sure to park on the 6th floor or above only.

LuxiaSuites Justison Landing

There is a parking garage attached you will receive access to after you check-in.Please be sure to park on the 3rd floor or above only.

 

 

4. How do I check-in (8 am-5 pm)?

LuxiaSuites City Center 

Key pick up after 3:00 PM is at the concierge desk located on the ground floor a concierge is present 24/7. (Arrivals may check in anytime after 3 PM.)

LuxiaSuites Rodney Square

Key pick up is  available 24/7 at concierge desk located on ground floor.

LuxiaSuites Christina Landing

Key pick up is available Mon-Fri 3pm – 10pm; Sat 10am – 11pm, Sun 11am-6pm.

LuxiaSuites Justison Landing

Key pick up available Mon-Fri 3pm – 10pm; Sat 5pm – 11pm; Sun 5pm – 10pm at 331 S. Justison Street, concierge desk located on ground floor. Entrance to apartment is on the otherside of the block, 340 S. Madison Street.

 

 

5.What is the check-in process after 5 pm?

7. What are the management office hours?

We have a management office located at 1007 North Orange Street’s  hours are 8 am- 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

 

 

8. What is the emergency maintenance phone number?

The emergency maintenance number for after hour emergencies, including loss of power, heat or cooling loss, water leaks of any kind, loss of functioning toliets and lost keys is 302,420.4413.

 

9. What about maintenance that is a non-emergency?

We have an on-site maintenance team to take care of any issues that may come up during your stay? 97% of all maintenance issues are resolved on the same day that we receive a call – please be sure and report problems as soon as you discover them. Our team works Monday through Friday during regular office hours. Please call 302-778-3200 to report a problem. We have an on-call maintenance emergency number (see your Suite information packet) for after hours issues such as a leak or air conditioning/heating problems.. “Just give us a call – we’ll change that light bulb for you!” – Matt B.

 

10.  Is there free parking in the city anywhere?

Parking at the city’s meters is complimentary on Saturday and Sunday and from 6 pm-8 am on weekdays.

 

11. What restaurants would you recommend nearby?

Restaurants within walking distance of our City Center location  that we recommend include Cafe Mezzanotte, Tonic Bar and Grille and The Washington Street Ale House.

14. How close is LuxiaSuites to public transportation and the train station? 

LuxiaSuites is very close to public transportation. Nearby transportation options include The Dart bus, Wilmington Trolley, Amtrak and Septa Stations. 

Approximately one mile from City Center and Rodney Square – with taxis available at train station. The station is a short walk from LuxiaSuites Justison Landing and simply across the bridge from LuxiaSuites Christina Landing.

 

15. I am moving to Wilmington and looking for long-term apartments, where would you recommend?
